    We are a group of like-minded individuals with the goal of developing our Mettle through total fitness. We challenge the mind, body and spirit on a daily basis through demanding workouts that develop the whole person. We train hard and we have fun. We use the power of community, teamwork and positive competition for motivation, encouragement and accountability.

    • An all around wonderful crossfit box. They have swim WODS and they make use of the basketball court during some intense training sessions. As a Marine reservist theh make sure they push me/ but are also accommodating to newcomers.

    • CrossFit isn’t for everyone, but like anything else, what you put into it is what you’ll get out of it. All the coaches are great but they all have different styles of teaching. I’ve visited several CrossFit boxes around the country and MettleFit is as good, if not better, than those. There’s no need to be intimidated here, there’s people of all different skill levels. You’ll thank yourself for the results you’ll see after committing to this “gym” where no two days are the same.
